Bag Flattener

Bag flattening conveyors are designed to flatten filled bags so that they can be palletized in a precise form for efficient usage of storage and container space. Flattening of bags is to make pallets squarer, accommodating more quantity in containers and reducing shipping charges. The unit consists of two wide top belts fixed one in the top conveyor and the other in the bottom conveyor. The bags pass in between, compressing smoothly between these two conveyors. Both conveyors are independently driven by separate electrical drives.
